Our drinks offer a very unique concept. It processed using a blend of eastern and western method. Our own brand NBE, which offers superior fresh fruit juices, made fresh in their store. To bring to our Customers the most extraordinary collection of fruit drinks, coffee, chocolate drinks and tea from humanise taste and products. Nanyang style coffee in traditional folk shops in Malaysia usually adds a lot of sugar and coffee beans to stir-fry or add wheat, sesame, and corn to reduce costs. Although it is delicious, it also causes some traditional coffee that people drink will affect health.

So what is the difference between instant coffee and ground coffee? How does instant coffee come from? Which one should I drink?

Instant coffee is indeed made by coffee beans. The raw beans are dried and roasted to make a cup of coffee. Instant coffee is producing the dehydration of brewed coffee liquid. The process will lose part of the coffee substance, while retaining the water-soluble coffee substance. Its dehydration process can be divided into the following two main types: freeze drying method and spray drying method. After the dehydration is complete, it is the instant coffee that everyone is drinking. Instant coffee is very simple; it can be drunk after mixing with water. If people found that the instant coffee that the manufacturer has prepared are they feeling the coffee for their taste, then it is the best they looking for.

The brewing process of ground coffee with raw beans includes the experience of grinding, brewing and proportioning of water volume and water temperature, and filtering the residue to obtain the bitterness, sweetness and acidity of the coffee, although it takes a lot of time to boil, this is also the reason why some coffee drinkers enjoy it.

So does instant coffee affect health?

Actually not, although there are some claims that instant coffee is carcinogenic, they are just unproven and no obvious rumours.

Of course, if you drink 3 in 1 instant coffee with too much creamer, flavour and sugar, there will be health concerns, but the instant coffee process itself will not affect your health. Regardless of any ingredients, excessive amounts will have a certain effect.

那么到底即溶咖啡和研磨的原豆咖啡有何分别?即溶咖啡怎麼來的?到底该喝哪一种?

即溶咖啡确实是咖啡豆所做的。原豆进行干燥、烘焙,才能煮一杯咖啡。即溶咖啡就是把煮好的咖啡液脱水,过程会丧失咖啡中部分的物质,同时也保留了可溶于水的咖啡物质,它的脱水程序主要可分为以下两种:冷冻干燥法、喷雾干燥法。脱水完成后就是大家喝的即溶咖啡了。即溶咖啡很简单,融合水冲调就可以饮用了,主要是人们找到厂家已经炮制的即溶咖啡适合自己口味就是最好的咖啡了。原豆研磨咖啡冲调程序包括研磨、水量和水温的冲煮与比例、过虑隔渣等体验过程而取得咖啡中的苦、甜和酸质度,虽然用很多时间沸煮,但也是部分爱好者享受其中的原因。 

那么即溶咖啡会影响健康吗?

Raw materials are sourced locally farmer supply and distributor of fruit. The natural ingredients ensure natural taste and retain the most natural flavour of the fruit.

Packaging Method

We bottle our concentrated drink with P.E.T. bottles which are food grade frosted and filling with hygiene system. Therefore it can prevent bacteria and reduce the risk of spoilage. The water that we used to prepare for our fruit drink is pure clean water with UV light and the filter which is 0.5 micron. And aluminium foil pack is using for instant powder to lasting expire date and avoid losing the original taste.
